高壓均質機是我廠根據(jù)國際技術研制成功的新產品。高壓均質機用于對粘度低溫度低的液體物料(液—液相或液—固相)的均質乳化。
高壓均質機主要工作是通過柱塞往復運動將被加工物料以高壓的形式送至均質閥,使物料流經閥頭與閥座間微小的隙瞬受到湍流、空穴、撞擊、剪切等復合的作用,將原先粗糙的乳濁液或懸浮液加工成極細微的、均勻穩(wěn)定的液與液相混乳化物或液與固分散物。
物料經過高壓均質機均質后有很多優(yōu)點:有極高的穩(wěn)定性、可提高保存質量、加快反應時間、節(jié)省添加劑:應用在食品、保健品、化妝品等領域,能提高人體的吸收質量等。
